hi Andy :)

i've been a WOW customer for approximately 3 years now; first in
Glendale Heights and now in Naperville (since August). i have phone,
internet (15 or 16 down, 1 up), and the basic digital cable package.
i've been very happy with the service overall.
as far as the cable tv goes, i'm really not taking advantage of all
the channels because i'm just running the direct unencrypted QAM into
my MythTv box. so i don't currently get (or take advantage of) things
like History, Discovery, Sci-Fi. but i could if i took the time to
hook the WOW converter/channel/rental box up to my MythBox. i've just
been to lazy/busy to do that. i'm seriously thinking about dropping
the cable tv piece and just hooking up an antenna since that's really
all we're watching at the moment.
anyway, i've been happy with service and quality of product. the
service ppl have been great and i've only had one interruption of
service which was resolved very quickly.
i'm much, much happier with WOW than i ever was with Comcast...
