[LUNI] [OT] Backup windows 7 to Rescue the user!

I'm trying to find a good way to backup a Windows 7 to a NFS/Samba
share. But I also need a way to access the files as needed. Does anyone
have a good way to do that? 

After this is done I will be rescuing the system from Windows and
moving the user over to ubuntu.
