[LUNI] Ubuntu on VMWare ESX

Hey all,

I've got a Ubuntu 9.04 VM running on a VMWare ESX 4 server, and it keeps throwing memory alarms.  

I have a gig allocated to the vm, and top reports only 800M+change in use.  ESX, on the other hand, is reporting around 95% utilization, and keeps throwing alarms:
