	Might be in the El Cheapo VPS thread from April of this year. Something 
I've been playing with lately is Rightscale. They are an interface to 
Amazon or Rackspace, but a bit fancier. Have some nicer reporting tools 
as well. Additionally you can setup Rightscripts that will install what 
you want into new instances. Might be more manual than you're looking 
for unless there are templates I haven't found yet.

	I saw a presentation a few months ago from these guys, 
http://bitnami.org/stacks which looked interesting. Same sort of deal as 
Rightscale, but they looked further along with their builds.

	Lastly, you can always roll your own system with Puppet, but the 
initial investment time is significant.
