[LUNI] Security Tools

It's been a bit since I've looked at what's out there. Now that Nessus
is closed source (though the 3.x branch was forked and turned into
OpenVAS) I'm curious what others are using for security scans. I'm
particularly interested if you have to comply with PCI DSS, EUDPD, SOX,
and Safe Harbor.
